The Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike in Ebonyi State is thrilled to announce the 7th and 8th Combined Convocation Ceremony, a grand event celebrating the achievements of the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 graduating cohorts. On behalf of the Chancellor, Governing Council, Senate, and the entire university community, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sunday Oge Elam warmly invites graduates and the public to partake in this momentous occasion.

Music and Convocation Command Performance
Venue: Theatre Arts Auditorium

Research Faire and Arts Exhibition
Venue: Quadrangle, Opposite the Old Library Block

Vice-Chancellor’s Get-Together with Graduating Students/Award Night

Important Notes for Graduating Students

  1. Collection of Academic Gowns: Gowns are available at the faculties starting Monday, 21st May 2024.
  2. Clearance Evidence: Graduates must present clearance evidence before collecting their gowns.
  3. Return of Gowns: All hired gowns must be returned by Friday, 25th May 2024. Late returns incur a fine of N20,000, and loss or damage of gowns attracts a penalty of N50,000.
  4. Procession Assembly: Graduates should gather in front of the G.O. Chukwu Administrative Block at 10.00 am.
  5. Dress Code: Graduates must dress appropriately for the ceremony. Indecent dressing will not be tolerated.

This convocation ceremony marks a significant milestone for AE-FUNAI and its graduates, celebrating their academic journey and preparing them for future endeavours.
