AE-FUNAI Notice on Students' Vacation

As the 2021/2022 academic session at Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI) draws to a close on Tuesday, 16th May 2023, the university management has released an important notice for students residing in university hostels.

According to the notice, all students living in the university hostels are expected to vacate their accommodations on or before 4 pm on 16th May 2023. This mandate is a standard procedure that helps facilitate the efficient close of the academic session and the preparation for the upcoming academic year.

Students are further advised to ensure that they remove all their personal belongings from their rooms and the hostel premises. It is vital to note that the university management will not be held responsible for any loss of personal items left in the rooms or within the hostel premises. This precaution is to safeguard students’ properties and ensure a smooth transition and preparation for the next academic session.

Looking forward, AE-FUNAI will soon release a notice for applications for hostel accommodation. However, it’s important for students to note that the allocation of bed spaces will be strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, and will require full payment of the prescribed charges.

In conclusion, AE-FUNAI students are encouraged to adhere strictly to these guidelines to facilitate a smooth transition between academic sessions. The university management extends its gratitude to all students for their understanding and cooperation in this matter.
