AE-FUNAI Pre-Degree Programme Overview
Duration and Subject Combinations
The AE-FUNAI pre-degree programme spans two semesters, covering approximately ten calendar months. This period is designed to adequately prepare students for undergraduate studies.

Physical, Medical, Biological Sciences and Engineering Combinations

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this programme, you must have at least five credits in five relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings. Those aiming to study Medicine and Surgery must obtain the necessary credits in a single sitting.
The AE-FUNAI Centre for Educational Services (CES) will guide candidates toward admission into various Bachelor’s degree programmes across numerous faculties. These include Agriculture, College of Medicine, Education, Engineering and Technology, Environmental Sciences, Humanities, Law, Management and Social Sciences, and Science.

Application Process for AE-FUNAI Pre-Degree Admission
The application fee is ₦10,000.00. You can apply through the AE-FUNAI CES ePortal.
Steps to Apply
- Visit the AE-FUNAI CES ePortal: Go to https://ces.funai.edu.ng/.
- Start Online Application: On the menu bar, click on “ePortal” and select “Start Online Application”.
- Provide Your Details: Enter your email address and other required information.
- Create an Account: Log in with your Application Number and Password.
- Complete Your Profile: Enter your personal information and required details.
- Generate RRR: Generate your Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR) for payment.
- Make Payment: Pay the fee using a Credit/Debit Card or at any Nigerian bank.
- Submit Application: After payment, continue the application process online.
- Complete Application: Ensure all sections are filled correctly and click “Complete Application”.
- Acknowledge Receipt: You will receive an acknowledgment via email and SMS.
- Print Application: Print two coloured copies of your Application Form for your records.
Important Information
- Photograph Requirements: Provide a recent coloured passport photo with a white background. Selfies and blurred photos are prohibited.
- Valid Contact Information: Use a valid email address and personal phone number.
- Follow Instructions: Ensure you adhere to all application instructions to avoid disqualification.
- Report for Registration and Screening: Only report for registration and screening after receiving an invitation and admission letter via email.
