The Federal University Otuoke Business School (FUOBS) in Bayelsa is accepting applications for its 2024/2025 academic session. Programmes are open to professionals, postgraduates, and fresh learners aiming to grow in business, management, or public sector fields.
Courses run online, on-campus, or both. FUOBS also offers short courses and weekend options to suit busy schedules.

Duration: 2 weeks to 6 months

Entry Requirements
Certificate Programmes
Minimum of five passes in O’Level including English and Maths.
PGD
- Five credits including English and Maths
- Bachelor’s degree (3rd class minimum) or HND (Upper Credit)
- Or 2nd class in another field
Executive/Professional Master’s
- At least five years’ work experience
- HND, BSc or PGD accepted
Regular M.Sc.
- Second class lower in relevant degree
- Or PGD with 3.0 CGPA on 5-point scale
Ph.D.
- Master’s with at least 3.5 CGPA
- Relevant to management, business, or social sciences
Programme Duration
- Certificate: 3 weeks to 6 months
- PGD: 2–4 semesters (full-time), 4–6 semesters (part-time)
- Executive Master’s: 3–4 semesters
- M.Sc.: 3–4 semesters
- Ph.D.: 4–6 semesters
How to Apply
- Go to the FUOTUOKE Business School portal
- Click on the Business School Application Form
- Use your phone number to generate an invoice
- Pay via Remita at any bank
- Return to the portal and fill the form using the RRR
Application Fees
- Certificate: ₦30,000
- PGD: ₦40,000
- Executive Master’s: ₦100,000
- M.Sc.: ₦60,000
- Ph.D.: ₦80,000
Extra Steps You Shouldn’t Skip
Referees
- Enter referee names and emails during application
- They’ll get a link to fill a form online
- Also print hard copies and submit them with your documents
Academic Transcripts
- Download the transcript request form
- Send it to your former school with a clear instruction:
“Mark envelope: FUO Business School” - Transcripts must arrive within one month from date of this advert
Document Submission
After submitting online:
- Print the completed form
- Attach copies of all certificates and referee forms
