FUOTUOKE Inter & Intra Faculty Transfer 2025

Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE), Bayelsa State, through the Office of the Registrar, invites applications for Inter and Intra Faculty Transfer for eligible students. The Registrar has released detailed instructions to guide the process and ensure smooth transitions between academic programmes.

Students applying for transfer at FUOTUOKE must meet the set academic standards and follow the official steps outlined below. Only applications approved by the University Senate will be considered valid.

FUOTUOKE Inter and Intra Faculty Transfer Procedure

1. Applicants must have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.50.
2. A non-refundable application fee of ₦10,000 is to be paid online.
3. Applicants should obtain the official transfer form from the Office of the Registrar after payment.
4. The completed form must be submitted to the current Head of Department for processing by both the Departmental and Faculty Boards of the present and intended programmes.
5. Approval of the transfer is subject to Senate decision. Students must not proceed to the new programme until Senate confirmation has been received through the designated Senate Officer.
6. Once approved, students are required to regularise their new programmes with JAMB before graduation.

Registrar’s Advisory

Applicants are advised to ensure that all details entered in their forms are accurate before submission. The University reminds students that not all transfer requests may be approved. Any transfer outside the approved process will be considered invalid.
