FUOTUOKE Postgraduate Admission Form 2024
Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) postgraduate admission form is now available for the 2023/2024 academic session.

FUOTUOKE Postgraduate Programmes
Admission Requirements
Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)
- Five credits at O’Level, including English and Mathematics.
- A bachelor’s degree with at least a third-class grade in a relevant field.
- HND holders with upper credit in related fields.
- Recognised professional qualifications.
Master’s Degree
- A bachelor’s degree with at least a second-class lower grade.
- A relevant PGD with a minimum credit-level pass of 3.5 CGPA.
Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.)
- A bachelor’s and master’s degree in a related field from an approved institution.
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
- A master’s degree with a research thesis and a minimum CGPA of 3.5.
- Candidates must satisfy O’Level requirements with five credits in relevant subjects.
Programme Duration
- PGD programmes run for two semesters.
- Master’s programmes require three semesters.
- M.Phil. programmes last two semesters.
- Ph.D. programmes span six semesters.
- Professional programmes take 24 months.
How to Apply for FUOTUOKE Postgraduate Admission
Step-by-Step Application Process
- Visit the FUOTUOKE eCampus platform.
- Select “APPLICATIONS” and choose “POST-GRADUATE”.
- Click “BUY PIN” to purchase the application PIN.
- Provide your name, email, and phone number, then proceed to payment via Remita.
- After payment, your PIN will be displayed on the screen and sent to your email.
- Use the PIN to begin your application.
- Complete the forms and upload the required documents.
- Submit the application and print the summary page.
Required Documents for Upload
- Passport photograph.
- O’Level results.
- Birth certificate or age declaration.
- Local Government Area (LGA) identification letter.
- First degree certificate.
- Master’s degree certificate (if applicable).
Required Documents for Submission
Send duplicate copies of the summary page and the following documents to the School of Postgraduate Studies:
- Degree certificates.
- NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- O’Level certificates.
- Birth certificate or age declaration.
- LGA identification letter.
- Research proposal (maximum 3 pages for master’s, 5 pages for Ph.D.).
Transcripts must be sent directly from the applicant’s university to:

Additional Information
- Monitor the application’s progress on the FUOTUOKE application portal.
- Applicants will receive updates via email regarding the status of their application.
- Multiple applications will lead to cancellation.
- Applications submitted without transcripts will not be processed.
- Successful candidates will receive admission letters through the email address provided during registration.
Closing Date
The deadline for submission of the application form and supporting documents is 31st January 2025.
