You are eligible to apply if:
- You chose FUOTUOKE as your first choice and scored 140 or above in the 2024 UTME.
- You are willing to study any of the following programmes.

Those who applied for admission earlier but were not admitted into their preferred programmes can also apply by changing their course.
Be aware that the change of institution or course may take up to 24 hours to be updated on JAMB.
Method of Application
To apply:
- Pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000 using a Verve-enabled or MasterCard on Interswitch.
- Proceed with your application online.
Required Documents for Online Application
To complete your application, upload the following:
- Passport-size photograph
- 2024 UTME original result printout
- WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB result
- Local Government of Origin certificate
- Birth certificate or Age declaration

- Use a digital passport photograph.
- Ensure your name matches the order in your JAMB UTME.
- Provide a valid email address and phone number.
Make sure your application details are correct to avoid issues.

Disqualification
You may face disqualification if you:
