FUOYE Bans Okada, Sets Akoto Buses Operational Time on Campus

Federal University, Oye-Ekiti, FUOYE management has banned okada operation on its campus and also set operational time of small buses popularly known as “Akoto”.

I write to inform you of Management’s decision on the operation of small buses popularly known as “Akoto” to convey students at a reasonable price within the University Campus – that is from University Campus to Phase III/Students.

The buses are to operate within the hours of 7am and 7pm daily

Management also  decided that commercial motorcycles popularly known as okada should henceforth not operate on the University Campus ON NO ACCOUNT SHOULD COMMERCIAL MOTORCYCLISTS OPERATE WITHIN THE UNIVERSITY CAMPUS.
