Federal University Oye-Ekiti has started admission for postgraduate studies.

The School of Postgraduate Studies now accepts applications for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Ph.D Programmes

• Must hold a Master’s with 60% or more
• Full-time runs 36 to 48 months
• Part-time runs 48 to 60 months
• Includes course work and thesis

M.Phil/Ph.D Programmes

• Master’s result must fall between 55.00% and 59.99%
• Runs for 12 months first
• Students may move to Ph.D after review
• Must score 60% at the end of first session for upgrade

Master’s Degree Programmes

• Bachelor’s degree must be at least Second Class Lower
• Full-time runs 12 to 24 months
• Part-time runs 24 to 36 months
• Includes course work and a dissertation

Get Other Details

• Programme ends once time runs out
• Extension of up to 12 months may be given
• Workers must show release letter from employer
• Those not from FUOYE must request transcripts to be sent from past schools
