FUPRE Matriculation Gowns Collection Procedure 2020/2021

This is to inform all the matriculating students of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun (FUPRE) that the management has released the procedure to obtain the academic gowns ahead of the 14th matriculation ceremony.

Students should collect Academic Outfits from their Colleges with effect from Wednesday, 29th September 2021 between 10.00 am and 3.00 p.m daily on payment of the sum of Five Thousand Naira only (N5,000.00) to the University Account via www.remita.net (http://www.remita.net/) and presentation of evidence of payment to the issuing officer.

All Academic outfits must be returned to the Academic Division immediately after the Matriculation Ceremony and not later than Wednesday 13th October, 2021.  Thereafter, late return of academic outfits will attract a penalty fee of One Thousand Naira (N1,000.00) per day. The sum of Thirty Thousand (30,000) Naira will be charged for the replacement of lost Academic gown, and Five Thousand Naira (N5,000) for the cap. 

Participation in the matriculation exercise is compulsory for all duly registered fresh students of the University.
