FUTB Student Support for Online Registration
The Federal University of Technology, Babura (FUTB) has set up two support points to help students who face issues during online registration and payment.
While the entire process can be completed from any location, some students may need help with technical steps. The Centre for Information Technology offers on-ground support at both the permanent campus and the take-off site. Staff at these points guide students through online payment and common registration challenges.
Support Offices at FUTB
Two service points are open to assist students:
- CIT Permanent Campus
- Academic Office at the Take-off Site
These offices give simple, clear help to students who may struggle with login steps, payment confirmation or other online tasks. Students are free to walk in during the stated hours.
Payment Schedule, Verification and Documentation at the FUTB
Students can complete physical checks and submit documents at either support point.
