How to Check the Admission List

To see if you have been admitted, follow these steps:

1. Visit the School’s Portal: Go to FUTMINNA ePortal.
2. Search for Your Name: Enter your details to search the admission list.

Registration for New Students

Once you have confirmed your admission, proceed with the following steps for registration:

Retrieve Your Student ID and Password

1. Check Admission Status: Go to Admission Status and Registration Procedure and retrieve your Student ID.
2. Request New Password: Click on ‘Request for new Password’ on the ePortal Login page.
3. Enter Your Student ID: Click ‘Request for Password’ to get your university email details.
4. Access Your University Email:
   • Visit FUTMINNA website and click the eMail link.
   • Alternatively, go to Gmail and log in using your full university email address (e.g., alijkug2034@st.futminna.edu.ng) and your application number as the password.
5. Retrieve ePortal Password: Check your email inbox or spam folder for the ePortal password.

Continue Registration

1. Login to ePortal: Use your Student ID and new ePortal password.
2. Download Admission Letter: Click on the Admission link to download your letter.
3. Update Personal Records: Fill in your details and upload your passport photograph and signature.

Acceptance Fee Payment

Once you have updated your profile and downloaded your admission letter, you will see the acceptance fee payment window. Follow these steps:

1. Click Pay Button: Follow the on-screen instructions.
2. Choose Payment Method: Options include cards, mobile money accounts, QR codes, bank accounts, or USSD.

Online Clearance Procedure

After paying the acceptance fee, begin the clearance process for registration and school fees:

1. Login to ePortal: If not already logged in, log in to the ePortal.
2. Add Academic Records: Click on Student Data, then Academic Records, and enter your O’level result details. Upload the required documents.
3. Submit for Clearance: Click the Submit Now button and wait for the clearance officer’s approval, which can take up to 24 hours.
4. Pay Registration Fee: Once cleared, proceed to pay the registration fee. Upon successful payment, the ePortal will generate your matriculation number.
