Candidate Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, Agricultural Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Be a recent graduate (from 2023, 2024, or 2025) with a First Class or Second Class Upper (or equivalent).
• Be ambitious, curious, and purpose-driven, with a desire to make a sustainable impact.
• Be from Ghana, Nigeria, or Algeria.
