Grundtvig Polytechnic Post UTME Form: How to Apply and Requirements

The Grundtvig Polytechnic in Oba, Anambra State, has opened applications for the Post UTME for National Diploma (ND) full-time programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Prospective students are invited to apply and follow the instructions outlined below.

Candidates must have five O’Level credit passes, including:

• English Language
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Chemistry
• One from the following:
  • Biology
  • Agricultural Science
  • Health Science
  • Economics or Commerce
  • Additional Mathematics
  • Statistics

School of Applied Sciences

Candidates must have five O’Level credit passes, including:

• English Language
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Chemistry
• One from the following:
  • Biology
  • Agricultural Science
  • Health Science
  • Economics or Commerce
  • Additional Mathematics
  • Statistics

School of Management Sciences

Candidates must have five O’Level credit passes, including:

• English Language
• Mathematics
• Three from the following:
  • Economics/Commerce
  • Business Method
  • Principles of Account
  • Government
  • Additional Mathematics
  • Statistics
  • Biology
  • Agricultural Science
  • Literature in English

Eligibility for Grundtvig Polytechnic Post UTME

• Candidates must have obtained five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects, including Mathematics and English, in no more than two sittings.
• A minimum score of 100 in the 2024 JAMB UTME is required.
• Candidates must have selected Grundtvig Polytechnic as one of their choices.
• Candidates who did not choose Grundtvig Polytechnic but wish to switch must complete a Change of Institution on the JAMB website or seek assistance from the Polytechnic.

Requirements for Screening and Registration

Applicants are required to bring the following documents for the screening exercise:

1. Original and three (3) photocopies of the JAMB (UTME) Results Slip.
2. Original and three (3) photocopies of the JAMB Provisional Admission Letter.
3. Original and three (3) photocopies of the Acceptance Fees and Processing Fee receipts.
4. Original and three (3) photocopies of O’Level certificates or printouts of results.
5. Original and three (3) photocopies of Birth Certificate or Affidavit of Declaration of Age.
6. Original and three (3) photocopies of Identification/Certificate of Local Government of Origin.
7. Original and three (3) photocopies of Medical Report of Fitness (obtain form from the Polytechnic Clinic).
8. Original and three (3) photocopies of a letter of reference from a person of good standing in society (e.g. Clergyman, Senior Public Servant, Notary Public).
9. Four (4) recent passport-sized photographs.

How to Apply for Grundtvig Polytechnic Post UTME Form

Payment and Application

1. Acceptance Fee: Pay ₦10,000 and a Processing Fee of ₦2,000 to Grundtvig Polytechnic, First Bank, Account Number: 2034370922.
2. Visit the Polytechnic with your credentials and evidence of payment to obtain, fill, and submit the Confirmation of Admission Form.
3. Alternatively, visit the Polytechnic Portal at www.gpolyportal.com to fill and submit the form online.

Confirmation of Admission

Upon successful completion of the application, candidates will receive a Confirmation of Admission Letter, which will allow them to proceed with paying their fees and completing their registration.
