What’s the Offer?

Hilton, a global name in hospitality, is hiring fresh engineering graduates for its PACE Graduate Engineering Development Programme in Lagos. This 2-year training aims to build future engineering leaders by mixing hands-on work with structured learning.

What the Programme Looks Like

The programme is split into two phases:

Phase 1 – First 9 Months

You’ll sharpen your skills with structured lessons and technical training. Expect both classroom sessions and real-world assignments.

Phase 2 – Next 15 Months

This stage is more hands-on. Around 80% of your time goes into technical work, while 20% covers admin and leadership skills. You’ll also handle daily operations and wrap up each phase with a project.

You’ll be posted to Curio Lagos Airport, a Hilton hotel near the city’s international terminal.
