How to Check HUKPOLY Acceptance Fee Payment & Registration Procedures

Following the release of the HUKPOLY Admission List, successful candidates are required to follow the steps outlined below to complete their acceptance fee payment and registration.

1. Access the Portal: Log on to portal.hukpoly.edu.ng (https://portal.hukpoly.edu.ng/). Once you reach the site, click on the registration menu.
2. Enter Your Details: You need to supply your application number and the password you created during the application process.
3. Pay Acceptance Fee: The next step involves making a payment of N1,000 as an acceptance fee.
4. Download Admission Letter: After the successful payment of your acceptance fee, you can download your admission letter and other relevant documents.
5. Update Your Biodata: It’s crucial to provide accurate and up-to-date information in your biodata.
6. Next of Kin and Guardian Details: You will be required to supply the details of your next of kin and guardian.
7. Online Clearance: Clearance will be made online, based on your acceptance by the Academic Office.
8. Pay Registration Fees: You’ll need to make a payment of the applicable registration fees.
9. Download Course Form: Once your payment is confirmed, you can download the course form and relevant receipts.
10. Visit Your Department: Proceed to your head of department for cross-checking and signing of your documents. Ensure to complete any other necessary signing(s) as directed by your department.
