HUKPOLY Admission List 22/2023 | ND, HND, Pre-NCE & Diploma

Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic (HUKPOLY) in Katsina State, Nigeria, has officially released its admission list for the 2022/2023 academic session. This comprehensive list includes candidates selected for the National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), Diploma, PRE-NCE, and certificate programs.

The list has been published in two batches, successfully uploaded online for all applicants to check their admission status.

How to Check HUKPOLY Admission List

Candidates who applied for admission into various programmes at HUKPOLY can now verify their admission status. The list includes students who have been offered provisional admission for the 2022/2023 Academic Session.

The names of the successful candidates from the 1st Batch have been sent via SMS and are also available on the school portal at portal.hukpoly.edu.ng.

Guidelines for Printing Admission Letter

Follow these simple steps to print your admission letter and other relevant documents:

1. Log on to portal.hukpoly.edu.ng and click on the registration menu.
2. Supply your application number and the password you created during the application process.
3. Make a payment of N1,000 for the Acceptance Fee. Please note, if you encounter any issues with your admission, contact the IT department at ict@hukpoly.edu.ng before making payment for acceptance.
4. Download your admission letter and other relevant documents.

Candidates admitted to the ND full-time program are further advised to:

• Login to their JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and ACCEPT or REJECT their admission.
• Print their JAMB admission letter after accepting the admission.
• Print their original JAMB result slip (this comes with passport photography affixed to it).
• Apply for a change of course on the JAMB Portal in case they are offered courses different from the ones they initially applied for.
