IAUE Acceptance Fee, Clearance & Registration 2025/2026
Following the publication of the IAUE Admission List for 2025/2026, the University Management has released the official guidelines for Acceptance Fee Payment, Clearance, and Registration for newly admitted UTME and Direct Entry candidates.
The clearance exercise will commence on Monday, 22nd September 2025. All candidates are strongly advised to adhere to the University’s streamlined clearance protocols. In line with the institution’s commitment to efficiency, the clearance process has been automated and decentralized (dual-mode: online and physical) to minimize stress and avoid unnecessary crowding.
Step 1: Confirm IAUE Admission on JAMB CAPS
- Log in to the JAMB CAPS portal.
- Accept your admission offer.
- Print the following (in colour):
Note: Admission letters will be authenticated during verification.
Step 2: Pay IAUE Acceptance Fee
- Pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of ₦50,000.00 only, online via any of the following methods: Pay-Direct, MasterCard, or Verve at IAUE Enterprise Schools Portal.
- Keep your payment receipt, as it will be verified during clearance.
Deadline for Candidates:
- First Batch: Four weeks from publication date – 14th October 2025.
- Second Batch: Four weeks from publication date – 24th October 2025.
Failure to accept admission on CAPS and pay the acceptance fee before this date will result in forfeiture of the admission offer.
Step 3: Update Bio-Data
Update your personal information and required details via the University portal.
Step 4: Faculty Clearance (From 22nd September 2025)
Proceed to your Faculty Conference Hall with the following documents for verification:
- Acceptance Form – IAUE Portal
- Departmental Eligibility Form – IAUE Portal
- Provisional Admission Letter – IAUE Portal
- Admission Status – IAUE Portal
- Receipts (Acceptance, Faculty/Departmental, Campus Communication Dues) – IAUE Portal
- Original JAMB Result Slip – JAMB Website
- Original JAMB Admission Letter – JAMB Website
- Registration for Screening Payment Receipt – JAMB Website
- National Identification Number (NIN) Slip – NIMC Portal
- NIN Slip of Sponsor & Phone Number (for candidates aged 16–18)
- Birth Certificate / Age Declaration
- Local Government Identification Certificate
- Functional Email Address and Phone Number
- Four File Jackets (student files) – University Bookshop
- Four Passport Photographs
- O’Level Result (NECO/WASSCE)
- NCE, OND, NABTEB Results (Direct Entry candidates only)
- Identity Card Clearance Form – IAUE Portal
- Bio-Data Printout – IAUE Portal
- Clearance for Professional Development/Services (download from IAUE Portal), including:
- Medical Examination
- Chest X-Ray
- Creativity
- Anti-Cultism/Drug Book
- E-Learning

- Certificate Verification

Step 5: Verification and Clearance Approval
- Your JAMB Admission Letter and Result Slip will be verified through a QR Code scan, stamped, and signed at the ICT desk.
- Once cleared by the Admissions Unit, your portal will automatically generate an Admission Clearance Approval Notice.
- Faculty clearance will also generate a Faculty Clearance Approval Notice.
- Print both Approval Notices and insert them in your file jacket before final submission to your Faculty Officer.
Step 6: Communication Network Registration
All candidates must register a Glo SIM card through ICT/Glo personnel at the designated registration point for the Campus Communication Network (CCN).
Step 7: School Fees Payment

Special Notes
- Candidates who wish to decline their admission offer may log in to JAMB CAPS to reject it formally.
- Candidates admitted to the Faculties of Vocational & Technical Education and Agriculture must complete clearance at the Rumuolumeni Campus (Home Economics, Tourism & Hospitality Building) before proceeding to the Ndele Campus to begin their academic programmes.
