IAUE IJMB Admission Form for 2023/2024 Academic Session

Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) has announced the commencement of its Interim Joint Matriculation Board Examination (IJMB) programme for the 2023/2024 academic session. The programme is an avenue for candidates to gain Direct Entry into the 200 Level at Federal, State, and Private Universities across Nigeria.

Who Can Apply for the IJMB Programme?

The programme is targeted at:

1. Students who have just completed Senior Secondary School
2. Students awaiting their O’level results
3. Students seeking to switch courses or universities
4. Students seeking university admission
5. Students who did not pass JAMB
6. Students who did not sit for JAMB

IAUE IJMB Courses, Subject Combinations and Requirements

The IJMB programme at IAUE spans a wide range of courses including:

1. Medicine
2. Law
3. Vocational Courses
4. Humanities
5. Education
6. Engineering
7. Management Sciences
8. Natural & Applied Sciences
9. Social Sciences
10. Environmental Sciences
11. Agricultural Sciences

The IJMB examination subjects on offer include Accounting, Arabic, Biology, Business Management, Christian Religious Studies, Economics, Geography, Geology, Government, Hausa, History, Islamic Studies, Literature-In-English, Physics, Sociology, Advanced Level, Ordinary Level English Language, and Ordinary Level Mathematics.

Note: Candidates are expected to select only three subjects related to their chosen course.

Entry Requirement: Five (5) Credits Passes in SSCE, NECO and NABTEB obtained in not more than two sittings including English and Mathematics.

How to Apply for IAUE IJMB Admission Form

Candidates interested in applying for the IAUE IJMB programme should visit the University website at www.iaue.edu.ng, click on Apply Here, register and make a payment of N25,000 only through the portal.

Alternatively, candidates can visit the School of Basic Studies, St. John’s Campus, Aba Road, PH. They should present the teller/receipt for the payment of Twenty Five Thousand Naira (N25, 000) only in Zenith Bank, with Account Name Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Account Number: 1010936046.

All Completed Forms Should be Returned to the Director, School of Basic Studies At St. John’s Campus of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Diobu Port Harcourt.
