How to Check JAMB Mock Result 2025

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board released the results of the 2025 mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination held on Thursday, 10 April.

The mock test helped you see what to expect in the main UTME.

It showed the pattern of questions and tested how fast you could answer them.

You used it to check how prepared you were and where to put more effort.

The result from the mock test does not count in the real UTME, but it helps you plan your final preparation.

Doing well in the mock exam does not mean the same result in the main exam.

You must still read, practise, and stay focused until the real UTME is over.

Follow These Steps to Check Your Mock Result by SMS

You can check your score without using the internet.

Use your mobile phone to send a short message.

1. Type MOCK RESULT or MOCKRESULT in capital letters.
2. Send the message to 55019 or 66019.
3. Make sure the phone number you use is the one linked to your JAMB profile.
4. Keep at least ₦50 airtime on your phone before sending.
5. Wait for a reply message that shows your result.

If You Face Problems with the SMS Process

Sometimes, the message may not go through or no result is returned.

Here are some things to do:

• Check if the phone number used is the same as the one registered with your JAMB account.
• Make sure your phone has enough credit balance.
• If still not working, contact JAMB for help.

2025 JAMB Mock Exam Statistics

JAMB gave a full breakdown of the mock exam numbers.

• 200,115 candidates first showed interest in taking part.
• 2 candidates later backed out, leaving 200,113 registered candidates.
• On the exam day, 73,844 were absent.
• 88 candidates could not pass the biometric screening.
• 126,181 candidates sat for the mock exam successfully.

From the number who sat for the exam:

• 115,735 results are now ready and available.
• 10,446 results are still being processed and will be released when ready.

What to Do After Seeing the Result

Check your mock result and take note of your weak subjects.

Use the result as a guide to plan your final revision.

If your result looks poor, do not feel bad.

Use the time left to read more and practise past questions.

If the result looks good, still stay focused and keep studying.

The final UTME score is what will be used for admission.
