College of Community Health at Jos University Teaching Hospital invites applications for the Community Health Officers Programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Application forms are on sale from 17th March to 30th May 2025.

Completed application forms must be submitted by 30th May 2025.

Application form costs fifteen thousand naira (₦15,000.00) only.

Understand the Entry Qualifications for One-Year Programme

• Applicants must hold a Diploma in Community Health or Community Health Extension Worker Certificate.
• Applicants must have five credit passes in SSCE (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) from not more than two sittings.
• Subjects must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Applicants must possess a first degree in Community Health Science, Health Education, Public Health, or HND in Community Health or PGD in Health-related courses.
• Applicants must be registered and hold a valid practising licence from the Community Health Practitioner Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN).

Understand the Entry Qualifications for Two-Year Programme

• Applicants must hold a Diploma in Community Health or Community Health Extension Worker Certificate.
• Applicants must have five credit passes in SSCE (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) from not more than two sittings.
• Subjects must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Applicants must be registered and possess a valid practising licence from the CHPRBN of Nigeria.

Follow the Method of Payment

Applicants must obtain a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) from the College of Community Health JUTH.

Applicants must pay the specified amount into the account and get an official receipt from the Accounts Department at JUTH.
