Kaduna State College of Nursing and Midwifery (KDSCNM) Post UTME Form

Kaduna State College of Nursing and Midwifery (KDSCNM) has announced the availability of the Post UTME form for the National Diploma (ND) Nursing programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The college invites qualified candidates to apply through the official portal.

Application Details

The registration portal will open on Monday, 2 December 2024, and close on Monday, 16 December 2024.

Candidates must visit the KDSCNM official portal and click on “Apply” to fill out the Post UTME form.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must have participated in the 2024 JAMB UTME.
The required subject combinations are English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Applicants must score a minimum of 150 in the JAMB UTME.
Candidates must possess at least five O’ Level credit passes in English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics.
The credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or NBAIS.
Only the combinations of WAEC & WAEC, NECO & NECO, or WAEC & NECO are acceptable.
Eligible candidates must upload their O’ Level results to the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) through an approved JAMB CBT centre.
