Kaduna State College of Nursing and Midwifery (KDSCNM) Post UTME Form: Full Guide for 2024/2025

Kaduna State College of Nursing and Midwifery (KDSCNM) has announced the availability of the Post UTME form for the National Diploma (ND) Nursing programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The college invites qualified candidates to apply through the official portal.

Application Details

The registration portal will open on Monday, 2 December 2024, and close on Monday, 16 December 2024.

Candidates must visit the KDSCNM official portal and click on “Apply” to fill out the Post UTME form.

Eligibility Requirements

• Candidates must have participated in the 2024 JAMB UTME.
• The required subject combinations are English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Applicants must score a minimum of 150 in the JAMB UTME.
• Candidates must possess at least five O’ Level credit passes in English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics.
• The credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or NBAIS.
• Only the combinations of WAEC & WAEC, NECO & NECO, or WAEC & NECO are acceptable.
• Eligible candidates must upload their O’ Level results to the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) through an approved JAMB CBT centre.
