Kaduna Polytechnic (KADPOLY) Academic Calendar

This is to inform all the students of the Kaduna Polytechnic (KADPOLY) that the authority of the institution has released the revised academic calendar for the first/third semester for ND1, NDII, HND1 and fourth semester for HND II 2021/2022 academic sessions.

Kaduna Polytechnic Academic Calendar

The Kaduna Polytechnic Academic Board held an emergency meeting on March 15th, 2023, to discuss adjustments to the Academic Calendar. These changes include exam postponements, a rescheduling of the Mass Communication Special Examination, and alterations to the results consideration and admission consideration exercise. The Student Union Election has also been rescheduled.

Revised Academic Calendar Highlights:

  1. Postponed Examinations:
    • The 2nd/4th Semester Examinations for NDI, HNDI, and HNDII Regular Programmes, as well as the NDII Evening Programme 15/3rd Semester Examination, have been postponed to run from Tuesday, 8th May to Friday, 19th May, 2023.
  2. Mass Communication Special Examination:
    • The HNDI and HNDII 1st/3rd Semester 2021/2022 Mass Communication Special Examination is now scheduled between Wednesday, 12th April and Friday, 21st April, 2023.
    • The 2nd/4th Semester Examination for these programmes will take place from Tuesday, 30th May to Friday, 9th June, 2023.
  3. Results and Admission Consideration Rescheduling:
    • The 2021/2022 1st/3rd Semester Results Consideration has been moved to Monday, 27th March through Thursday, 6th April, 2023.
    • The 2022/2023 Admission Consideration Exercise is now scheduled for Wednesday, 12th April to Friday, 25th April, 2023.
  4. Student Union Election:
    • The Student Union Election has been rescheduled to take place on Monday, 17th April, 2023.

The Academic Board has requested that all students and staff adhere to these changes for a smooth academic experience.
