Step-by-Step Registration Process
Step 1: Accept Admission
- Log in to your account to accept or reject the admission offer.
Step 2: Pay Initial Fees
- Pay the following fees before printing the admission letter:
- Admission Acceptance Fee: N5,000
- Student Handbook: N2,000
Step 3: JAMB Admission Letter
- Log in to your JAMB account to accept and print the JAMB Admission Letter.
Step 4: Screening and Verification
- Visit your department for screening.
- Go to the S.E.S. & SORTED section at Central Administration for signing and stamping of the admission letter.
Step 5: Collect Customised Tellers
- Visit the Unit Accountant Office to collect tellers for these payments:
- Departmental Registration: N1,000
- School Registration: N2,000
- Clinic Registration: N2,000
- Union Dues: N1,200
Step 6: Make Payments
- Proceed to Microfinance Bank to make the required payments.
Step 7: Submit Tellers
- Go to the Old Admin Block at the School of Management Studies.
- Submit the teller and collect the official receipt.
Step 8: Central Registration
- Meet the M.I.S. staff at your school (except S.E.S. & SORTED at the School of Management Studies).
- Provide photocopies of these documents:
- Screened Polytechnic Admission Letter
- JAMB Admission Letter (for ND)
- Official Receipts
Step 9: Print Central Registration Documents
- Log back into your account to:
- Pay the Central Registration Fee
- Print Receipts
- Print Course Registration Form (CRF)
- Print Student Examination Card
Step 10: Library Registration
- Visit the library for registration.
Step 11: Payment Authentication
- Go to the Bursary Department at Central Administration for payment authentication.
Step 12: Medical Screening
- Visit the clinic for medical screening.
Step 13: ID Card Payment
- Proceed to the Consultancy Unit at Central Administration for ID card payment.
Step 14: Departmental Documentation
- Submit all required credentials and two recent passport photographs to your department.
