KASU Matriculation 2025/2026: Dates, Venues, Gowns

Kaduna State University (KASU) has released the timetable for its 2025/2026 Matriculation Ceremony for newly admitted undergraduate and postgraduate students.

The event is themed “Marching to Excellence: Embracing Emerging Technologies, Upskilling/Reskilling” and is being organised by the Office of the Registrar; plans are already Set.

Invitation and host

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Abdullahi Ibrahim Musa, PhD (Emporia, USA), MLA (ABU), MBA (BUK), BL (BUK), has invited members of the Governing Council, Management, Senate, staff, students, and the general public to attend.

Main Campus matriculation (undergraduates and postgraduates)

Date: Monday, 9 February 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Venue: 1000-Seat Auditorium, Main Campus

Kafanchan Campus matriculation

Date: Wednesday, 11 February 2026
Time: 11:00 a.m.
Venue: 500-Seat Auditorium, Kafanchan Campus

Academic gown collection: where to get it

For undergraduate students

All undergraduate students are advised to contact their respective colleges and faculties to collect their academic gowns.

For postgraduate students

Postgraduate students are to obtain their academic gowns from Room 7, College of Postgraduate Studies, Main Campus, Kaduna.
