KASU Physical Screening for 2025/2026 Newly Admitted Students
Kaduna State University (KASU) has shared a clear update for candidates granted a provisional offer through JAMB for the 2025/2026 session. Each candidate is expected to attend a physical screening and document check at the main campus. The steps below help candidates prepare early and avoid missing any key requirement.
Screening schedule for new KASU candidates
The screening will run from Tuesday 9 December to Friday 19 December 2025. Daily activities will take place between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm at the 1000-Seat Auditorium located at the Kaduna campus on Tafawa Balewa Way. All candidates are expected to report within the period stated.
Online actions to complete before arrival
Candidates need to finish a short online step on the SAFapply Post-UTME portal before coming for the screening.
- Sign in to the SAFapply portal at applicant.safapply.com/kasu.
- Open the dashboard and choose Edit Application.
- Go to the section for document upload.
- Upload the JAMB Admission Letter.
- Move to Preview and Submit, then select Submit to save the update.
- Print the Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip to show the team during screening.
Documents to present for physical screening
Candidates should come with both originals and two photocopies of the following:
- JAMB Admission Letter printed from JAMB CAPS
- JAMB Original Result Slip
- O’Level result (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB and others)
- Valid scratch card for the O’Level used in the application
- Two printed copies of the online O’Level result from the official exam portal
- Birth certificate or sworn age declaration
- Primary School Leaving Certificate
- Local Government of Origin or Indigene Certificate
- Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip from the SAFapply portal
- NIN slip
