David Umahi Federal University Post UTME Form for 2025/2026 Admission

Application Now Open

The David Umahi Federal University of Health Sciences, Uburu, Ebonyi State, is now selling Post-UTME forms for its 2025/2026 academic session. If you’re aiming to study a course in the health sciences or related fields and you scored at least 150 in JAMB, this might be for you.

Here are the programmes open for admission:

1. Medicine and Surgery
2. Pharmacy
3. Nursing Science
4. Medical Laboratory Science
5. Physiotherapy
6. Biomedical Engineering
7. Radiography and Radiation Science
8. Optometry
9. Computer Science
10. Industrial and Medical Physics
11. Industrial and Medicinal Chemistry
12. Industrial Mathematics and Statistics
13. Biology and Biotechnology
14. Dentistry
15. Microbiology and Parasitology
16. Public Health
17. Human Nutrition and Dietetics

These are full-time degree programmes approved by the National Universities Commission (NUC).

Who Can Apply?

To apply, you must:

• Choose DUFUHS as your first choice in JAMB
• Score at least 150 in your 2025 UTME
• Have at least five credits, including English and Maths, in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalent

If you didn’t originally choose DUFUHS, you can still apply. Just change your first choice on the JAMB portal to DUFUHS.

IJMB Option (No JAMB?)

If you didn’t write JAMB but still want to apply, you can register for the university’s IJMB programme. It lasts one year, and if you pass, you’ll gain direct entry into 200 level. You can find details on this page.

Transfer Admission

DUFUHS also accepts students transferring from other recognised universities. To apply, you must:

• Have completed at least one academic session
• Provide your JAMB admission letter
• Submit your official transcript showing you’re in good standing

How to Apply

You can apply in two ways.

Option 1 – Apply Online

1. Go to DUFUHS Website or KDUMS Website
2. Click the Admissions tab
3. Choose Online Application
4. Select Buy Undergraduate Admission Form
5. Complete your payment online (₦10,000)

Or,

Option 2 – Use E-Pin from Any Bank

1. Walk into any commercial bank
2. Pay ₦10,000 through the REMITA platform
3. Get a payment slip with a PIN
4. Go back to the DUFUHS or KDUMS site
5. Enter your phone number and PIN to access the form
6. Fill it carefully and submit
7. Print your form after submission
