Screening and Registration Details

The screening and registration will start on 26th August 2024.

The venue is ICT Room 1, Last Floor, Administrative Block at Gidan Waya.

Documents Required for Screening

Candidates must bring the following documents:

All documents must be original and will be verified at the screening venue.

Application Charges and Requirements

Candidates must complete several steps before full admission.

Follow these steps carefully:

  1. JAMB Registration Form: Present the form at the screening venue for proposal and endorsement.
    • If an admission letter is available, the officer will endorse β€œApproved.”
    • If not, upload the SSCE on the JAMB portal for a fee of N500.
    • Verify the SSCE Statement of Result with a Scratch Card for N200.
    • Pay the acceptance fee of N5000 to the Bursary.
  2. Document Submission: Present all documents listed in Section A to the Screening Committee.
    • Receive the College Registration Slip upon submission.
  3. Course Change: If courses were changed, update the course on the JAMB website at a JAMB CBT Centre.
  4. Fee Payment: Collect the school fees payment slip from the Bursary at Room 2 Admin Block.
    • Pay for the Student Identity Card and Admission Letter: N5500
    • Pay for Alumni: N1000
    • Tuition Fees: N37,500
    • T-Ship: N2,000
    • Teaching Practice: N2,000
  5. Receipt Processing: Return to the Bursary to receive the original receipt of payment.
  6. Bio Data Submission: Present evidence of payment and complete the Bio Data form at the Registration Committee.
  7. Endorsement of Bio Data: Submit the Bio Data form to the Screening Committee for endorsement.
  8. Departmental Registration: Visit respective Departments and General Education for course registration forms.
  9. Documentation: Return to the Registration Committee to document and open Personal Students’ Record files.
  10. Final Registration: Complete all procedures to become a fully registered student ready for lectures.
