Day 2: Wednesday, 10 December 2025

Day 4: Friday, 12 December 2025
Day 4 focuses on recognition of staff effort and research work.

This event brings together staff, researchers and guests to celebrate awards and share a formal meal in Ilorin.
Day 5: Saturday, 13 December 2025
The final day is the main event for students and their families.
