LASU Bio-Data Submission for Certificate Production 2025

The Examination and Records Division at Lagos State University (LASU) is preparing to produce certificates for the 2023/2024 graduating students.

These certificates will be ready for collection during the 28th Convocation Ceremony scheduled from 3 April to 10 April 2025.

Complete Online Clearance and Bio-Data Submission

Graduating students are required to complete the online clearance process.

After clearance, students must upload their details, including a white background passport photograph, to generate the bio-data for certificate production.

Print the completed bio-data forms and academic profiles.

Attach a white background passport photograph to the printed bio-data forms.

Submit the forms at the respective faculty offices before the deadline.

Deadline for Submission

All submissions must be completed on or before Friday, 21 February 2025.

Late submission will not be accepted.

Steps for Bio-Data Generation and Submission

Follow these steps to generate and submit the bio-data form:

1. Visit LASU Official Website (http://www.lasu.edu.ng).
2. Navigate to the “Student” tab.
3. Select “Certificate Processing”.
4. Fill out the graduates’ bio-data form with accurate information.
5. Upload a white background passport photograph.

Photograph Requirements

• No eyeglasses or caps.
• No cropped images or selfies.
• Images that fail to meet the requirements will attract a penalty.

6. Print the completed form.
7. Attach a white background passport photograph to the form.
8. Submit the form along with a copy of the academic profile to the respective faculty office.

Submission must be done during working hours before the deadline.
