LASU notice on disbursement of NELFUND loan to students

Lagos State University (LASU) has announced the disbursement of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) to students.

Students who successfully applied for the loan will have their school fees account credited directly.

This update applies to students registered for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Follow these steps to check your loan status:

1. Visit the NELFUND Loan Status Portal (https://lasu.edu.ng/nelfund).
2. Enter your matriculation number in the space provided.
3. Confirm your status as successful or otherwise.

Next Steps for Successful Applicants

If your loan status is successful, note the following:

• Your school fees account has been credited by the Directorate of ICT.
• You can proceed to register for your first semester courses.
• Your school fees receipt is available for printing on the registration portal.
