LASU Library Registration for 2025/2026 Academic Session

The Lagos State University (LASU) has announced the start of its 2025/2026 library registration and renewal exercise for both new and returning students. The process began on Monday, 27 October 2025, and will continue until Friday, 19 December 2025. Students can register daily between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

The schedule ensures that every faculty has a dedicated day for the exercise:

Faculty Schedule for Library Registration

• Mondays: Faculty of Arts, School of Agriculture, Faculty of Communication and Media Studies
• Tuesdays: Faculty of Education, School of Library, Archival and Information Science
• Wednesdays: Faculty of Management Sciences, School of Computing and Information Technology
• Thursdays: Faculty of Social Sciences, School of Transport and Logistics
• Fridays: Faculty of Science, including Nursing, Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, Science Laboratory Technology, Medicine and Surgery

Required Documents

Students are to come along with the following documents for their LASU library registration:

1. Photocopy of Letter of Admission
2. Photocopy of School Fees Payment Receipt
3. Two recent passport photographs
4. Matriculation Number

It is important for students to complete their registration within the given period, as the university has stated that there will be no extension of the deadline. The library registration is a key step in gaining access to academic resources, so all eligible students are encouraged to take part early and avoid last-minute delays.
