Entry Requirements

To apply, candidates must:

  • Be between 18 and 30 years old.
  • Have five O’Level credits in WASC/NECO/SSCE from no more than two sittings, obtained within the last five years. English and Mathematics are compulsory. Candidates must also have credits in two of the three core science subjects: Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.

Course Duration

The training programme lasts for three years, leading to a certificate in Anaesthetic Technology.

How to Apply

Interested and qualified candidates should:

  1. Obtain the application form from the Department of Anaesthesia, Old Administrative Building, LASUTH.
  2. Submit the completed application form along with credentials, curriculum vitae (CV), and two recent passport photographs to the same venue where the form was collected.

Admission Conditions

A written examination will be held at LASUTH, Ikeja. Successful candidates will then be invited for an interview, where they must present the original copies of their relevant certificates.
