LASUTH Anaesthetic Technology Admission Form 2025/2026
The Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja, has opened applications for the fourth set of students to its School of Anaesthetic Technology. The programme prepares trainees to become skilled Anaesthetic Technicians for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Entry Requirements
Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years of age and possess five O’level credits in WASC, NECO, or SSCE, obtained in no more than two sittings. English Language and Mathematics are compulsory subjects. Candidates are also required to have credits in at least two of the following core science subjects: Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
Duration of Course
The training at LASUTH runs for three years. On successful completion, candidates will receive certificates in Anaesthetic Technology, qualifying them to work as Anaesthetic Technicians in healthcare settings.
Method of Application
Interested and eligible candidates are to obtain application forms from the Department of Anaesthesia, located in the Old Administrative Building, LASUTH, Ikeja.
Completed forms should be submitted with the following documents:
- Photocopies of academic credentials
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Two recent passport-sized photographs
All submissions must be made at the same venue where the application forms were collected.
Conditions for Admission
A written examination will take place at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja. Candidates who meet the required performance standards will be invited for an interview. Final admission will depend on success in both stages.
Closing Date
The sale and submission of application forms will close four weeks after the date of this announcement. Prospective applicants are encouraged to complete the process early to avoid delays.
