LAUTECH Documents Verification Exercise Details

The Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, invites all newly admitted candidates for the 2024/2025 academic session to participate in the Documents Verification Exercise.

This important process begins on Wednesday, 23rd October and will end on Friday, 15th November 2024.

The verification exercise ensures that all admitted students meet the required criteria and have valid documents.

After completing this verification, candidates will gain access to the university portal, allowing them to pay tuition fees and other necessary charges.

Once the payments are made, candidates will proceed to the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Centre for biometric data capturing, which is essential for the allocation of their matriculation number.

Location and Time for Verification

The verification exercise will take place at “THE HALL” next to the Post Graduate School.

The verification process will run daily from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Documents Required for Verification

All candidates attending the verification are required to present the following documents:

• O’ Level results (uploaded on JAMB CAPS).
• A’ Level or other relevant results (for Direct Entry candidates, uploaded on JAMB CAPS).
• Original JAMB result slip.
• Letter of provisional offer of admission from LAUTECH.
• Receipt of payment for the acceptance of admission.

Steps After Verification

Once your documents have been verified, you will gain access to the LAUTECH portal to make the necessary payments.

After payment, biometric data capturing at the ICT Centre will be done to finalise your registration and secure your matriculation number.

This verification exercise is a crucial step for all newly admitted students, ensuring a smooth transition into their academic journey at LAUTECH.
