MAU certificate collection starts 18 February 2026

Modibbo Adama University (MAU) has informed graduates, with attention on those recently convoked, that certificate collection will commence on Wednesday, 18 February 2026.

Graduates are to collect their certificates at the Academic Division Office in the New Admin Block; candidates should arrive with the required documents and evidence of payment.

MAU listed the items graduates must provide for certificate collection:

  1. A written application letter addressed to the Academic Secretary
  2. The original copy of the degree statement of result
  3. A’ Level certificate (for Direct Entry candidates), or O’ Level certificate(s), or verified copy(s) of statement of results
  4. University identity card, or a court affidavit plus one valid ID:
    • National ID card
    • International passport
    • Voter’s card
  5. Payment of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only

All payments are to be made through Remita.

  1. Write and sign the application letter to the Academic Secretary
  2. Attach the required result and certificate documents

  5. Report to the Academic Division Office, New Admin Block, from 18 February 2026
