MOAUM Admission List 2025/2026 Academic Session
Rev. Fr. Moses Orshio Adasu University, Makurdi (MOAUM), formerly known as Benue State University (BSU), has officially released the 2025/2026 admission list. Candidates who applied for admission can now check their admission status through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).
Applicants are advised to visit the JAMB portal to confirm their admission status, accept or reject offers, and print their admission letters once approved.
How to Check MOAUM Admission Status on JAMB CAPS
Follow these simple steps to check if you have been offered admission into MOAUM:
- Visit the JAMB eFacility portal.
- Log in with your JAMB username and password.
- Scroll down and select Check Admission Status.
- Click Access my CAPS.
- Select Admission Status to see your result.
Understanding JAMB CAPS Admission Messages
Here’s what each response means when checking your MOAUM admission status:
- ADMISSION OFFERED: You have been admitted. Proceed to accept or reject the offer on the CAPS portal.
- ADMISSION IN PROGRESS (AIP): Your application is under review by the school and JAMB.
- RECOMMENDED: You have been recommended for admission, pending JAMB approval.
- NOT ADMITTED: You are yet to be considered for admission; your application may still be under review.
- PENDING: No decision has been made yet. Continue checking periodically.
How to Accept or Reject MOAUM Admission
If you have been offered admission:
- Visit an approved JAMB CBT centre listed on the JAMB Authorised Centres page.
- Accept or reject your admission via SMS by sending ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using your registered phone number.
- Once accepted, print your JAMB admission letter from JAMB Admission Letter Portal.
Important Note for Mobile Users
Phone users may not see the full page when checking CAPS. If this happens, open the Chrome browser, tap the menu, and select Request Desktop Site to view all options.
