• Sunday, 10th November 2024 – Fresh students return
• Monday, 11th November 2024 – Registration for fresh students begins
• Sunday, 17th November 2024 – Old students return
• Monday, 18th November 2024 – Lectures commence for both fresh and old students
• Monday, 18th November – Friday, 22nd November 2024 – Late registration and add/drop period, including excess load applications
• Monday, 25th November – Friday, 29th November 2024 – Students’ orientation
• Friday, 24th January 2025 – Matriculation ceremony for fresh students
• Friday, 31st January 2025 – End of lectures
• Monday, 3rd February – Friday, 7th February 2025 – Revision and moderation of exam questions
• Monday, 10th February – Friday, 28th February 2025 – First semester exams
• Friday, 28th February 2025 – End of the first semester

• Revision: 1 week
• Exams: 3 weeks
• Total: 15 weeks

MOUAU Academic Calendar – Second Semester 2024/2025

• Sunday, 6th April 2025 – Students return for the second semester
• Monday, 7th April 2025 – Lectures begin, with registration
• Thursday, 18th April 2025 – Registration ends
• Monday, 28th April – Friday, 2nd May 2025 – Late registration and add/drop period, including excess credit load applications
• Friday, 20th June 2025 – Lectures end
• Monday, 23rd June – Friday, 27th June 2025 – Students’ week activities
• Monday, 30th June – Friday, 4th July 2025 – Revision and moderation of exam questions
• Monday, 7th July – Friday, 25th July 2025 – Second semester exams
• Friday, 25th July 2025 – Non-graduating students vacate campus and end of the session
• Monday, 28th July – Friday, 1st August 2025 – External exams
• Monday, 4th August 2025 – Consideration of results
