What the MTN Global Graduate Development Programme Offers
The MTN Global Graduate Development Programme is designed to find, develop, and accelerate top graduates across MTN’s markets. It combines classroom learning with practical work experience to prepare participants for key roles in the company.
Graduates will gain both formal learning through the MTN Academy and hands-on training through real work placements. The academy modules are held in MTN’s three regional centres across Southern, Northern, and Western Africa. The programme includes interactive learning, digital sessions, and engagement through MTN’s social platforms.
During on-the-job training, participants will take part in job rotations, interact with executive teams, and receive guidance through mentorship and coaching. This practical exposure helps graduates build meaningful careers while contributing to MTN’s growth across the continent.
Who Can Apply
To join the MTN Global Graduate Development Programme, applicants must meet these conditions:
- Hold at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) or HND Upper Credit, obtained no earlier than 2023
- Have completed NYSC by September 2025, with proof of certificate
- Be fluent in English
- Hold a valid international passport
