Admission Requirements

To be eligible for the JUPEB programme, you must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 5 O’ Level credits in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings.

Successful completion of the JUPEB programme allows you to gain Direct Entry admission into 200 Level in any undergraduate programme at MTU for the 2024/2025 academic session. This programme is fully residential.

How to Apply

Follow these steps to complete your online application and payment:

1. Visit the Application Portal:
   • Start a Fresh Application
2. Enter Your Details:
   • Provide your basic information (Name, Active Mobile Phone Number, and E-mail Address) and click on “Continue”.
3. Download and Print Your Payment Voucher.
4. Make Payment:
   • Go to any of the listed banks with your Payment Voucher and pay the application fee of N15,000. The banks and their payment platforms are:
     • First Bank of Nigeria Plc: SkoolPay Platform
     • Zenith Bank Plc: Xpath Platform
     • Ecobank Limited: Basys Platform
     • Guaranty Trust Bank Plc: GTCollection

   Ensure that the applicant’s name is clearly written on the payment teller. Applicants for the Foundation Programme must indicate “APFP” on their teller, while Pre-Degree applicants must indicate “APPD” on their teller.

5. Complete Your Application:
   • Return to the MTU portal at MTU Portal to complete your online application and print out the completed Application Form.
