Fake NDA 77 Regular Course Admission Letter Alert: Official 77 RC List Date, Where It Was Published, and How to Verify

The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has raised an alert about fraudulent admission letters in circulation. These letters claim the Academy Registrar signed them and offered admission into the NDA 77 Regular Course (77 RC). The Academy rejects that claim.

Simple point first. The NDA says the letter is fake. Full stop.

The Academy links the letter to fraudsters who want to cheat members of the public. People fall for it when they feel rushed or worried. That’s the trick. A fake letter shows up, then pressure follows. “Pay now.” “Confirm now.” That kind of talk.

Anyway, the NDA has already issued the real admission information for 77 RC, and the Academy has closed the process.

What the NDA says is official

The NDA states that it published the approved admission list of successful candidates and reserves for 77 RC in two newspapers:

The NDA also placed the same admission information on its official website: Nigerian Defence Academy official website.

That reminds some students and parents: a real list sits in plain sight. It doesn’t hide in private chats. It doesn’t come with “send money first”.

What this means for applicants and families

The NDA says successful candidates for 77 RC have already resumed, and the admission process for that course has finished. So any letter or message that claims to offer fresh admission into NDA 77 RC is not real.

A quick reality check, just to keep things calm: if someone says “a new list just dropped” for 77 RC, that person is selling a story. Not admission.

How to verify admission information

The NDA directs people to verify admission details through the Office of the Academy Registrar. The email shared for verification is:

academyregistrar@nda.edu.ng

On a side note, people should keep the verification step simple. Ask. Wait for a reply. No rushed payments. No “agent” handling it. Even if the message looks official, still check it.
