Matriculation Ceremony Schedule and Procedures
Eligibility
- Only students who have completed their registration are eligible to participate in the matriculation ceremony.
Collection of Academic Gowns
- Registered students should collect their academic gowns from their respective Faculty Officers starting from Friday, July 12, 2024.
Seating Arrangements
- All students must be seated according to their faculties at the venue by 9:30 AM.
Academic Procession
- The academic procession will start at 9:50 AM. All Deans, Heads of Departments, and Senate members are expected to join the procession.
Note: The date change is due to the Governing Council Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 17, and Thursday, July 18, 2024.
