NDU 22nd Matriculation Ceremony 2024: Important Details

The Niger Delta University (NDU) matriculation ceremony is a significant event for new students. The 22nd Matriculation Ceremony for the 2023/2024 academic session will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024. This important ceremony will take place at the Multipurpose Theatre near the Faculty of Agriculture on the Main Campus extension (New Site).

Matriculation Ceremony Schedule and Procedures

Eligibility

• Only students who have completed their registration are eligible to participate in the matriculation ceremony.

Collection of Academic Gowns

• Registered students should collect their academic gowns from their respective Faculty Officers starting from Friday, July 12, 2024.

Seating Arrangements

• All students must be seated according to their faculties at the venue by 9:30 AM.

Academic Procession

• The academic procession will start at 9:50 AM. All Deans, Heads of Departments, and Senate members are expected to join the procession.

Note: The date change is due to the Governing Council Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 17, and Thursday, July 18, 2024.
