Entry Requirements
Applicants must have five credit passes in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics from WAEC or NECO.
For National Diploma programmes, candidates must:
- Obtain a National Identification Number (NIN).
- Register with JAMB and score at least 120 in UTME.

- National Diploma in Community Health: ₦20,000 + JAMB
- Higher National Diploma in Community Health: ₦25,000
- Certified Pharmacy Technician: ₦20,000
- National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology: ₦15,000 + JAMB
- Higher National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology: ₦25,000
- National Diploma in Public Health Technology: ₦15,000 + JAMB
- National Diploma in Epidemiology and Disease Control Technology: ₦15,000 + JAMB
- National Diploma in Health Information Management: ₦15,000 + JAMB
- Dental Surgery Technician: ₦15,000

- Ensure you have all payment details ready before starting your application.
Step 2: Manual Application
- Forms can be collected at the Registry Department during office hours.
- Manual processing requires an extra ₦1,000 charge.
