Call for young graduates
Nigeria LNG (NLNG) has formally announced the start of its Graduate Trainee recruitment for the 2025 intake. The company, set up back in May 1989 to make use of Nigeria’s gas resources, is once again opening its doors to fresh minds. This opportunity is not just about jobs, it is a pathway for young graduates to grow their careers in one of the country’s key industries.
NLNG says it treats every applicant fairly. Selections are made on merit, with respect for both business needs and personal qualifications. The company also mentions that “reasonable adjustments” will be offered for applicants living with disabilities to make sure no one is left behind.
What you need to qualify
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least Second Class Upper (2:1) from an approved field of study. Accepted disciplines include:
- Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Chemical, Civil, Structural, Petrochemical, Process, Computer, Petroleum, Marine)
- Sciences
- Social and Management Sciences
- Law
- Project Management
- Information Management
- Arts and Humanities
- Shipping and Marine Studies
Other conditions include:
- Completion of NYSC not earlier than 2021.
- Only one application is allowed. Submitting more than one leads to disqualification.
- All required documents must be in PDF format.
Mandatory documents
Applicants must upload the following:
- Bachelor’s degree certificate
- NYSC completion or exemption certificate
- Birth certificate issued by government
- Secondary school certificate
- Primary school certificate
- Change of name proof, if any
