Important Notice to University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) Students Undergoing SIWES
Important notice to University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) students Undergoing Six Months Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES).
The University management has approved that students of the University of Ilorin currently undergoing six months SIWES (Students’ Industrial Work experience Scheme) be exempted from writing GNS 312 Test and Exam in the second semester of 2018/2019 Academic Session.
This is to remove the financial burden and risk of travelling from their SIWES companies to Ilorin and back. GNS 312 Test and Exam for this category of student will take place in the second/third week of resumption of the 2019/2020 Academic Session when the students mush have completed their SIWES and returned to the University.
Students are therefore advised to stay in their places of SIWES/IT and avoid unnecessary travel as SIWES Coordinators will be going round for the first supervision.
Staff are kindly requested to pass the information to their children and wards who are currently undergoing six month SIWES.
