Role Descriptions and Qualifications

Assistant Registrar

• Qualifications: Must be a Fellow of the College for over five years.
• Experience: Considerable administrative experience.
• Additional Requirement: Mandatory computer literacy.
• Salary: CONMESS 5.

Administrative Officer II

• Qualifications: A good university degree in any discipline of Social Science or Humanities. Plus, an NYSC discharged or exemption certificate.
• Additional Requirement: Must be computer literate.
• Salary: CONHESS 7.

Computer Engineer I

• Qualifications: A university degree in Computer Engineering or an equivalent qualification registerable with COREN. Minimum of two years post-qualification experience.
• Salary: CONHESS 8.

Programme/System Analyst II

• Qualifications: A university degree in Computer Science. NYSC discharged or exemption certificate is necessary.
• Additional Requirement: Must be computer literate.
• Salary: CONHESS 7.

Accountant II

• Qualifications: A good university degree in Accountancy with an NYSC discharged or exemption certificate.
• Additional Requirement: Mandatory computer literacy.
• Salary: CONHESS 7.

Statistician II

• Qualifications: A degree in Statistics or a degree in Social Science or Mathematics with a postgraduate diploma in statistics. Must possess an NYSC discharged or exemption certificate.
• Additional Requirement: Computer literacy is essential.
• Salary: CONHESS 7.

Planning Officer II

• Qualifications: A degree in economics preferably with Statistics, Econometrics or Development Planning. Alternatively, a degree with a postgraduate diploma in Economic Planning or Economic Development.
• Additional Requirement: Computer literacy is essential.
• Salary: CONHESS 7.

Higher Data Processing Officer

• Qualifications: An HND in Computer Science/Studies or Data Processing. An NYSC discharged or exemption certificate is mandatory.
• Salary: CONHESS 7.

Higher Executive Officer (GD)

• Qualifications: An HND in Business Studies/Public Administration with an NYSC discharged or exemption certificate.
• Additional Requirement: Computer literacy is vital.
• Salary: CONHESS 7.

Assistant Executive Officer (Accts.)

• Qualifications: An OND or its equivalent in Accountancy or Business studies.
• Additional Requirement: Computer literacy is vital.
• Salary: CONHESS 5.

Confidential Secretary Grade I

• Qualifications: An HND in Secretarial Studies, including proficient typing speeds. An NYSC discharged or exemption certificate is essential.
• Salary: CONHESS 7.
