Students eager to confirm their admission into NSUK can now check their status through the official JAMB CAPS portal. This process helps applicants see whether they have been offered a place at Nasarawa State University, Keffi for the 2025/2026 academic session.
How to Check the NSUK Admission List
Currently, admission status can only be viewed through the JAMB CAPS portal. Follow these steps to confirm your admission:
- Visit the JAMB E-Facility portal.
- Log in using your JAMB email address and password.
- Scroll down and select Check Admission Status.
- Click on Access my CAPS.
- Choose Admission Status to see if you have been offered admission into NSUK.
Possible Responses on the JAMB CAPS Portal
- ADMISSION OFFERED:
This means JAMB has approved your admission. You can now accept or reject the offer directly on the CAPS portal. - ADMISSION IN PROGRESS (AIP):
Your application has been reviewed and recommended by the school. It is awaiting approval from both the Head of Institution and JAMB. - RECOMMENDED:
Your name has been proposed for admission, and JAMB will verify it to ensure all criteria are met. - NOT ADMITTED:
You have not yet been offered admission. This may be because the school has not released its full list or your application is still being reviewed. - PENDING:
Your admission decision is still under review and no outcome has been reached yet.
Next Steps After Admission
Candidates who receive admission should proceed to accept or reject it through BIOMETRICS at any approved JAMB CBT Centre.
Alternatively, you can send ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number registered with JAMB. Make sure you have at least ₦50 on your main balance, as the service does not work with borrowed airtime.
After acceptance, print your JAMB admission letter for official records.

If you are using a phone, you may not immediately see the Check Admission Status option. Switch your browser to desktop mode for the full view. Chrome users can do this by selecting Request desktop site from the menu.
