YUMSUK 2nd Convocation Ceremony Schedule, Notice 2025

Yusuf Maitama Sule University has fixed dates for its 2nd combined convocation covering five academic years. Graduands from 2018 to 2024 must pay and collect gowns to take part. Full event details and steps for payment are outlined below.

Yusuf Maitama Sule University, Kano (formerly Northwest University), has released details for its second combined convocation ceremony. This gathering will cover graduates from five academic sessions: 2018/2019 through 2023/2024.

How to Take Part

Step 1: Generate Invoice

Go to the YUMSUK Convocation Page and create your invoice.

Step 2: Make Payment

Use the invoice to pay the fee as stated.

Step 3: Gown Collection

Take proof of payment to your faculty office. That’s where you’ll collect your academic gown.

Who Gets in on Convocation Day?

Only graduands who have paid and collected their gown will be allowed into the venue. So if you skip any step, you’ll be left at the gate.
