UNIPORT Post UTME Screening Timetable 2025/2026
UNIPORT just released the 2025 Post-UTME screening timetable. If you're aiming for a spot, here’s everything you need—dates, what to bring, and key dos and don’ts. Stick around so you don’t miss something that could cost you.
So, you picked the University of Port Harcourt as your top choice in the 2025 UTME and hit at least 150? Then it’s time to prepare for the Post-UTME screening. UNIPORT just rolled out the full schedule, and it’s not one to ignore.
Screening Days, Faculties and Dates
The Computer-Based Test (CBT) runs from Monday 18 August to Saturday 23 August 2025, between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM daily. Don’t assume your course will fall on any random day—check below.

You’ll want to register on the official UNIPORT Post-UTME portal before the deadline. And don’t wait till the last minute—tech things love to go wrong under pressure.
What You Must Take Along
On the day of your screening, only two things are allowed with you:
- A clear copy of your Photo Card (the one you printed online)
- A pen (Yes, just one. No need to bring a whole stationery shop)
Leave the rest—especially gadgets—at home. No phones, no tablets, not even that beloved Walkman (if you still use one).
What Could Get You Kicked Out (Literally)
This isn’t to scare you, but there are a few strict rules that could get you disqualified:
- Wrong name or mismatched photo on your slip? That’s a big no. Double-check everything.
- You must be at least 16 years old by September 2025.
- If you picked UNIPORT as Second Choice, change it to First Choice on the JAMB portal before doing anything else.
- Your O’Level results better be uploaded to JAMB CAPS or else—no admission for you.
- Use your real phone number and email. That’s how they’ll reach you.
- Show up at the venue listed on your Photo Card and be on time. They won’t reschedule just because you overslept.
- No mum, dad, or uncle will be allowed inside the campus with you. Come alone.
Last Day to Register?
Thursday, 14 August 2025, by midnight. After that, the portal shuts down.
