Obong University Departmental Cut-Off Marks 2025/2026

If you sat for the 2025 UTME and have your eyes on Obong University, here’s what you need to know. The school has released the minimum scores needed for each department, and let’s just say, they kept it pretty simple.

One exception? Nursing Science. That one needs 160.

The rest? 150 across the board.

Faculty of Allied Health Science

• Nursing Science – 160

Yep, that’s the only one above the usual. Tougher competition? Maybe. But if you’re aiming for Nursing, 160 is your number.

Faculty of Management and Social Sciences

These departments all sit at 150:

• Public Administration
• Economics
• International Relations
• Political Science
• Peace and Security Studies
• Sociology and Social Work

Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences

You need 150 for any of these:

• Biochemistry
• Microbiology
• Computer Science

Faculty of Mass Communication, Arts and Humanities

Same 150 cut-off here too:

• Mass Communication
• English and Literary Studies
• Christian Religious Studies

Final Note

Obong didn’t overcomplicate things. If your UTME score meets the mark, go ahead and apply. Just double-check your course, dust off your documents, and make sure everything lines up. No stress.
